A new Android device running Froyo has been revealed from Acer. The myTouch E140 which has not been officially announced yet is said to be quite an affordable device and that it will be available by Christmas this year.
The device is said to feature a 2.8 inch touch screen, multiple connectivity options including HSPA, WiFi and Bluetooth, a 3.2 megapixel camera without flash and an FM Radio. There are also rumors of an IR port which has not been confirmed.The device will be powered by a 600MHz processor and is expected to go on sale for 199 Euros when available.
The device doesn't look like it will be a competitive addition to the mobile market, due to it's less than impressive specs. but it may be welcome from Acer fans.
