After months of leaks, the Motorola Moto X is finally ready to be (officially) announced. Motorola has now scheduled a special event for August first in New York City for the unveiling and we plan to have it covered. So please mark your calendars and bookmark us for updates.
The Motorola X is rumored to feature a 720p display, 10 megapixel camera, 16GB of internal storage and powered by a 1.7GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro chip with 2GB of RAM.
Android 4.3 Jelly Bean is expected to be the underlying operating system on this smartphone which prides itself at being assembled in the United States. Motorola's slogan of "Designed by You" also suggests that the users will get to greatly customize their end experience on the device which can range from anything between external visual changes to internal hardware.
