The Samsung Galaxy Grand offers users a large screen display without costing too much. The device features a 5.0 inch display with a 480 by 800 pixel resolution, 8GB of internal storage which can be expanded though microSD, an 8 megapixel camera capable of 1080p HD video capture, a secondary 2 megapixel camera for video calls, and is powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core processor with 1GB of RAM.
Users will also have the option to select the Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos which comes with dual-SIM and will costs around $400 contract free.
The handset runs Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and has a 2100 mAh battery powering it. While Samsung has not revealed the official talk time for the handset, its clear that the dual-standby version will cost more battery life.
