Vine by Twitter is a video sharing service from Twitter which allows users to create short looping videos that can be displayed in-line on your Twitter feed. Now the company has released Vine for IOS which they claim is a "new way to share video" on the iPhone.

The captured videos can even be shared on Facebook and as with all things Twitter includes hashtags. You can also explore various hashtags, trending topics, and editor's picks. There will even be an option to follow you friends and those near you.
