[Deal] Get the Google Nexus 7 for £50 when you subscribe to The Times in the U.K.

Digital newspapers and magazines may not be extremely popular but some publishers are looking for new ways to boost their number of online readers. One such example is The Times in the U.K., which is giving its readers a great deal on the Google Nexus 7 when they subscribe to the magazine digitally.

If users sign up for an 18-month subscription of The Times, they are eligible to get the 32GB variant of the Nexus 7 at just £50, which is a quarter of what the device usually costs in the U.K..

Subscribers can either pay the £17.33 monthly fee for the duration of the agreement or pay £299 up front for some extra savings. The digital pack will give readers access to the media’s premium online content through the publisher’s website or its mobile application.

The Nexus 7 features a 7 inch touch display, 32GB of internal storage, a front facing camera for video calls and is powered by a quad-core processor with 1GB of RAM.

Add these generous specs to the quality journalism from The Times, you have a nice deal in your hands. Do you agree? Let us know what you think about the deal in the comments section below.
