The Nokia Lumia 900 was launched in the U.S. on August 8th through AT&T with a huge marketing campaign re welcoming Nokia’s Windows Phone flagship into a country ruled by iOS and Android.
Unfortunately the device has not been welcome trouble free as certain users have been complaining about data connectivity disappearing on the LTE powered smartphone.
Those who face this issue have reported that the data connection on the device disappears after some time of use. However calls and text messaging continues to work without any issues. Some devices are reported to work ok once they have been factory restored while others continue to face this issue.
It is unfortunate that the Lumia 900 faces issues when all eyes are on Nokia to succeed with their choice to use Windows Phone as their primary operating system. That being said it is not uncommon for a device to face issues when it first arrives in the market. Hopefully Nokia will be on top of the issue and have a solution available soon.
