A white version of the Google Galaxy Nexus is already making its rounds in Europe, but with no word on it's availability in the U.S. until now. According to a recent report it turns out that the white version of the Galaxy Nexus with 16GB of internal memory will be heading to Verizon on April 5th.
It is a little disappointing that Samsung decided to stick with just a 16GB version of the Galaxy Nexus instead of releasing a 32GB version especially since there is no way of expanding the memory on the device with microSD, but hopefully with more Android ICS devices coming the Galaxy Nexus price may reduce to around $199 with the 2 year contract.
It is important to note that the general launch schedules are not iron clad, and the actual release date may vary. But since the Galaxy Nexus is already on sale the date should be accurate.
