The Symbian Belle update for the Nokia N8 is now available on Navifirm. Nokia previously aimed at releasing this update by the end of this year but have since announced that the Symbian Belle update will only be available in 2012.
Does the fact that this version has appeared on Navifirm, which is an official Nokia resource mean that Symbian Belle is ready for release?
Navifirm is a resource which allows you to unofficially download and install the latest (official) firmware on your Nokia Symbian devices.
The Nokia N8 along with the Nokia E7, Nokia C7, Nokia C6-01 and Nokia 500 are in line to receive Symbian Belle which brings a lot of the modern smartphone features like a notification tray and multiple home-screens to the Symbian platform.
