Nokia 600 cancelled

Nokia has decided to cancel their Symbian Bell running Nokia 600. The device has a 3.2 inch touch display, 5 megapixel camera and 2GB of internal storage but maintains the 1 GHz processor and comes with an array of connectivity options. The device also features powerful speakers which will certainly get the attention.

Nokia had the following to say in an official statement:
"After careful consideration we have decided not to ship the Nokia 600 to markets, we are constantly continuing to refine our portfolio to bring consumers the best possible range of devices to meet their diverse needs".

Nokia recently announced the first two devices of their Windows Portfolio during the Nokia world event. We are not sure if the response to the Windows Phone devices helped with Nokia's decision to cancel this device, so don't be too surprised if you see this device resurface sometime in the future with Lumia re-branding.
