Klout is an online service which analyses your social media accounts to see your influence in the social media networks you belong to. Microsoft has partnered with Klout to offer those who have the most influence among their peers a free Windows Phone with the intention of helping them spread the word about the device.
500 free handsets are up for grabs along with tickets to one of the five VIP parties. Winners will be determined by their Klout score and proximity to the parties.
