Apple has released iOS 4.3.4 for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch devices. This update is said to have security fixes but it is important to note that it also fixes the PDF exploit in mobile Safari.

Once you download the official firmware file, you can restore it using iTunes:
- Open iTunes
- Locate your device on the sidebar
- Press Restore while holding Shift (Alt in Mac) key
- Browse to where you saved the file and select it
- Allow iTunes to update your firmware and follow the prompts
