The Samsung Rugby Smart features a 3.7 inch touch display, a 5 megapixel camera in the rear, a front facing camera for video calls, 4GB of internal storage which can be expanded through microSD and is powered by a 1.4GHz processor with 512MB of RAM. The device is available in the U.S. through AT&T

The Rugby Smart is built for a rugged lifestyle and is water / dust / shock and temperature proof and it can survive being submerged 1 meter (3.3 feet) under water for up to 30 minuets.
