HTC Flyer receives Android Honeycomb software update


The HTC Flyer is the company's first tablet which was announced in February and released in May running Android 2.2 Froyo. The device features a 7 inch touch display, up to 32GB of storage, a 5 megapixel camera capable of 720p HD video capture, a secondary camera for video calls and is powered by a 1.5GHz processor with 1GB of RAM.

HTC has now announced that the device will be getting Android Honeycomb 3.2

Android 3.0 HoneyComb mascot arrives at Google HQ

The  mascot has joined the it's Android counterparts, as the latest statue at Google's Mountain View campus in California.

Android 3.0 Honeycomb announced

Today Google announced their tablet optimized version of their mobile operating system Android 3.0 HoneyComb. Android 3.0 takes advantage of the larger tablet screen real estate and provides users with an updated interface and widgets.
