One of the best features of the recently released HTC One M8 is its 'Duo' Camera which allows you to change the focus of an image after it is captured. Nokia already offers a similar effect on their Lumia smartphones with Nokia Refocus. So how will camera hardware on the One M8 compare against Nokia Refocus running on the Lumia 925.
Once would expect the 'Duo' camera to prevail here, as hardware solutions generally trump software. However it looks like Nokia has done an amazing job with Nokia Refocus allowing it to trump HTC's offering, At least according to this video review.
Nokia Refocus which was previously limited to flagship Lumia handsets was recently made available for all Lumia Windows Phone 8 devices. This means that you can get the amazing Refocus effect of the One M8 on an ultra affordable device like the Lumia 520 or Lumia 521.
