[Windows Phone app] Nokia Camera updated (4.5)

Nokia Camera (beta)The Nokia Camera for Windows Phone app has been updated to version 4.5.1.7, which likely brings bug fixes and performance improvements. The last version 4.4.0.8 update which was released in Novemeber, included DNG support for both the  and the . Unfortunately no official changelog has been offered with this new release
