T-Mobile recently sent out an email coaxing BlackBerry customers to switch to an iPhone 5s. As you can imagine, this didn't bode well with BlackBerry fans who voiced their feelings on Twitter. Fortunately this has reached T-Mobile CEO John Legere who responded to his BlackBerry customer base.He tweeted "BlackBerry users, I'm hearing you loud and clear. Let me work with the team and get back to you."
It is not known if T-Mobile's CEO was aware of the mail before this, but he is now. CEOs may sit at the top, but they don't always know everything that's happening within their organization. Given his history of making big changes, we are curious to see how he responds to the passionate BlackBerry fans.
