Road Hogs is an upcoming update for Bad Piggies

Rovio has sent out a tweet on Tuesday to promote an upcoming update for its Bad Piggies game which will be called Road Hogs. The image which accompanies the Tweet suggests that it maybe a racing game of sort. Its great to see Rovio continue to evolve the Pigs into a separate character allowing them to hopefully gain the commercial success of the Angry Birds. The birds are currently featured on a wide array of merchandise including clothing, lunch boxes and toys.

Bad Piggies was launch last September and quickly rose to the top of the charts. The game requires you to transport the pigs to a specific target using vehicles which you can build up from scratch.

Rovio hasn’t revealed the date when the update will be available, but said it would be coming soon. Based on Rovio’s track record with teasers in the past, we may not have long to wait before we get access to the latest game in their franchise. We cant wait to see if the Rovio developers will bring the Bad Piggies in the Star Wars story arc someday.
