[Guide] How to install the Sony PlayStation Mobile app on any rooted Android device

One of the advantages of owning a Sony Android device is the access to Sony PlayStation Mobile (PSM) store, which gives you access to several exclusive games and content. Sony has extended the access to the app to the HTC One Series but other Android devices have no access to the content, unless of course you own a rooted device.

If you have a rooted device, there is a modification which allows you to install certain to your device to gain access to the PSM app. We have put together a step by step guide to help you own in the process.

[NOTE] Rooting your device and performing modifications can result in loss of data or device malfunction if performed improperly. Please do not proceed unless you understand these risks.

[NOTE] All credit to this process, files and guide belong to its developers and Android Police.

[NOTE] Your device will have to be rooted and have a custom recovery method installed in order to continue. Also make sure you have Busybox installed.
