The Skype for Symbian app has been updated and is available for download through the Nokia Store for Nokia Belle FP2 devices. It is the same version 2.1.23 which was released a couple of months ago and removed due to some issues which needed to be fixed.

Skype for Symbian only allows voice and chat and doesn't support video calls. Users can however exchange files like pictures and video through the app. The app also supports Skype-to-Skype calling over Wi-Fi or over a cellular data connection.
This may be the final update to Skype for Symbian as the developer has set the application to maintenance mode much like Symbian is in now.
