Apple has updated iTunes to version 10.7 for Windows in preparation of the release of iOS 6.0. You will be required to update iTunes to access any existing devices running iOS 6.0 along with the Apple iPhone 5, the new iPod Touch and the new iPod nano.You can update iTunes directly on your Windows computer by heading over to Apple Software update or by using the link which follows.
The iOS 6.0 software will be available for the iPhone 4S, iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, new iPad, iPad 2 and fourth generation iPod Touch.
iTunes 10.7 is a penultimate to the upcoming re-designed version of iTunes which is due in October. Apple has already shown of their design and we are curious if they will add a Metro version of the app for Windows 8.
