Nokia 808 PureView - What can we expect

The upcoming Nokia 808 PureView was recently teased demonstrating what we can expect from Nokia's upcoming Pure View technology. We still not have solid details of the device which will debut this technology. Rumours expect the same 12 megapixel camera on a Symbian OS device. However the resolution has surprisingly been bumped up to 480x800 pixels on its 3.5 inch display, which is something we have still not seen from Symbian.

With Pure View Nokia is focussing on three pillars: Pure Definition, Pure Depth and Pure Detail and the following video shows that the technology has all three of these in abundance.

Even in it's full 1080p resolution this video demonstration will pale in comparison to what we can expect from the photos of the Nokia 808 PureView. If Nokia and Microsoft somehow manage to pull out a Windows Phone with this camera iOS and Android will have some hefty competition on their hands.
