The BlackBerry Bridge app has been updated to version 2.0.0.25 with support the BlackBerry PlayBook OS 2.0 update.BlackBerry Bridge allows you to pair your BlackBerry smartphone with a BlackBerry PlayBook tablet and perform various tasks.

Open BlackBerry World on your device. Do one of the following:
  1. On a device running BlackBerry Device software 7.1 or older, press the Menu key. Click Scan a Barcode.
  2. On a BlackBerry 10 device, swipe down from the top of the screen. Click Scan a Barcode.

BlackBerry App World will instantly find the app you've selected.

Once you have paired your BlackBerry smartphone to your BlackBerry PlayBook with BlackBerry Bridge, you can:
  • Use your smartphone's keyboard, trackpad and touchscreen to remotely control your PlayBook tablet.
  • Browse the web on your tablet using your existing BlackBerry smartphone's connection, if supported by your wireless service provider.
  • Get access to your email, calendar, contacts, memopad, tasks and BBM – all on the large tablet display.
