Probably one of the most anticipated game for the mobile platform, Grand Theft Auto III is now available for the iOS platform. Rockstar has kept their promise to bring the game on December 15 and you can get your hands on it right now.

GTA III as it is fondly known revolutionized gaming when it was released 10 years ago on the PC and game consoles and has since continued to set the standard for sandbox style gaming. The mobile platform will utilize your touchscreen instead physical controls and it will be interesting to see how this complex game translates to smaller mobile screens.
GTA III is set in modern Liberty City, a fictional metropolitan city based on New York City. The game follows the story of a criminal named Claude who was betrayed by his girlfriend in a bank heist and is required to work his way up the crime ladder of the city before confronting her.
GTA III is supported on iPad 2, iPad, iPhone 4S, iPhone 4 and iPod Touch 4. The game is 462 MB in size so make sure you have the required free space on your device. Older iOS devices are unfortunately not supported due to the heavy graphics and processor requirements for the game.
