Rockstar Games have revealed that Grand Theft Auto (GTA) III will be released for the mobile platform on December 15 and the latest Android and Apple iOS devices will be supported. You will be able to download the application from the Apple App Store or the Android Market for $4.99.Rockstar is offering their popular title on the mobile platforms in celebration of their 10th Anniversary of the GTA III debut on the PC.
The following devices are supported (list will be updated):
Apple iOS devices: iPad, iPad 2, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPod Touch 4
Android Phones: Samsung Galaxy R, HTC Rezound, Motorola Atrix 4G, Motorola Droid X2, Motorola Photon 4G, LG Optimus 2X, T-Mobile G2X
Android Tablets: Acer Iconia Series, Asus Eee Pad Transformer, Dell Streak 7, LG Optimus Pad, Motorola Xoom, Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 and 10.1, Sony Tablet S and Toshiba Thrive.
