In what seems like another attempt to get ahead of it's competitors, HP is offering $100 off it's HP TouchPad tablet when purchased from HP.com. Participating retailers could offer this discount as either a price reduction or in the form of a gift card.

This promotion is only available from the 5th - 7th of August so hurry if you want to get your hands on this deal here.

If you purchased your HP TouchPad (from HP.com or participating retailer) between July 1 and August 4, HP will be sending you $50 credit which you can spend in the HP Web Catalog. Please ensure your email addresses associated with your HP WebOS account is accessible and look out for the email from HP. This offer will stay valid until December 32, 2011.
