Microsoft files dual-screen phone patent



A new patent application from Microsoft points at a possible new device we may see in Microsoft's future. The patent shows a dual-screen device  with a display which can be detached. The content changes automatically on the second display. Both displays seam to have different functions with the second display acting as a controller for the first one.





Kyocera already has the Echo and Sony has the S2 dual screen tablet in the making, so don't be surprised if we see this device from Microsoft sooner rather than later. It is important for Microsoft comes up with innovative new concepts and designs to make them move ahead in the mobile market.
