Google Wallet introduced


Google Wallet is an upcoming service from Google, which will take advantage of your Android powered device and Near Field Communication (NFC) and allow you to store all your digital finances and much more on your smartphone.
At launch this service will be compatible on only the Google Nexus S users on the Sprint Network, who own a Citibank credit card, we can be sure that it will find its way to other carriers and devices in the near future.

In this digital age Google wallet offers much more than just payments. You will be able to store your loyalty cards, gift cards, receipts, boarding passes, tickets and even your digital keys. You will be even able to access your loyalty points with a single tap, using the NFC technology.

Which you will find in thousands of merchants around the country including Macy's, Toys"R"Us, RiteAid, 7 Eleven and Office Depot and many more. Enter your zip code here and find the merchants close to you.

The service will debut is New York City and San Francisco, and you will be able to use it in store, Coca Cola vending machines and even certain taxis.
