Is Nokia building a Meego tablet ?

Engadget reports that Nokia has received a U.S. patent for a tablet design similar to the design of the Nokia N8. The patent was applied  for on May 28th last year, which would probably imply that this device would have run Meego OS.

While next to no information is available on this device, based on the ports at the bottom it looks like the device could sport a 9 - 10 inch screen.

With Nokia's plans to switch to Microsoft as their primary smartphone OS, One can only wonder if we will see a Meego tablet from the company.
