NVidia kicked off their CES 2013 by unveiling their Tegra 4 chip with 72 graphics cores. They have now also revealed an open full fledged Android gaming console named Project Shield.Project Shield is powered by a Tegra 4 processor and features a 5 inch touch display with a 1280 x 720 pixel display attached to a controller. The chip which resides inside the controller is capable of pushing 4K video over HDMI and has a state of the art sound system. You get a pure unaltered Android experience with access to the Play Store and services like GMail.
