Besides its 16 megapixel camera with Xenon flash and optical zoom the Galaxy S4 Zoom is a good mid-range-smartphone with its 4.3 inch touch display, 8GB of internal storage which can be expanded through microSD, a secondary 1.9 megapixel camera for video calls and 1.5GHz dual-core processor with 1.5GB of RAM.
However we are curios to see how such a large device will fair against the upcoming Nokia EOS which promises to reinvent zoom in the same line as its predessessor the Nokia 808 PureView.
Samsung looks to have taken the Galaxy S4 mini and combined it with a digital camera to produce the Galaxy S4 zoom. So while this handset falls into a mid-range, rather than flagship category its price is what will guarantee its success.
