You can download the update directly on your device through the Google Play Store or by using the link which follows:
The updated app brings some of the features that Flicker for iOS saw back in December. That includes the new edge-to-edge photo layout, 16 photo filters and more.
However the exciting part of todays news is the 1 terabyte of free storage, which is much more than most people would use unless you probably include your video files in the collection.
Yahoo describes the 1 terabyte of storage as follows:
"Just how big is a terabyte? Well, you could take a photo every hour for forty years without filling one."
Google recently updated their own plans offering 15GB of free storage which is shared between Google+ Photos, GMail and Google Drive. If users want to update that to 1TB it would cost you $49.99 per month. Yahoo is allowing you to use that same amount of storage for free. This should definitely keep even the biggest photo enthusiasts out there satisfied.
