Samsung Galaxy S IV display to scroll based on eye movement?

A new rumor has surfaced suggesting that the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S IV will feature a technology which allows the content on the screen to scroll by tracking eye movement. Currently the Samsung Galaxy Note II uses its from camera to keep the device display to stay awake while the user is reading or viewing content. A similar feature ensures the screen is kept in the proper orientation while the user consumes content.

According to the report the software will automatically scroll down to reveal the next paragraph when the user reaches the bottom of a page. The source also claimed that Samsung feels that its software is more important than the hardware.

Samsung has already filed a trademark for the name “eye scroll” in Europe and the United States with the following explanation:
Computer application software having a feature of sensing eye movements and scrolling displays of mobile devices, namely, mobile phones, smartphones and tablet computers according to eye movements; digital cameras; mobile telephones; smartphones; tablet computers.
Could this be referring to the same scrolling feature which we will debut on the Galaxy S IV? We don’t have long to wait to find out more as the March 14 launch date grows ever closer.
