HTC One S receives minor software update

HTC One S owners can expect a minor software update to arrive on their devices today, which is hopefully in preparation of the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update for the handset. The update takes the software from version 2.35.531.7 710RD to 2.35.531. 10710RD and is around 30MB in size, but there is no indication on what changes are offered yet.

The One S features a 4.3-inch Super AMOLED display, 8 megapixel camera capable of capturing 1080p HD video and is powered by a 1.5GHz dual core processor. The device runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich with the HTC Sense 4.0 UI.
