The Nokia N9 may have been the only Meego handset that that the company released, but it has been doing quite well due to its innovative design and easy to use operating system. It looks like Nokia is not just ready to give up on the device as reports suggest that the Meego PR 1.3 update may be available for the device soon.The availability of this update was confirmed by non other than Nokia who stated that Meego PR1.3 will be a “small but valuable update”.
It has also been rumored that the update may be available as early as June and come with a few minor fixes along with some surprises. The update is supposed to be currently undergoing internal testing which is a good sign of its release schedule.
For those who don’t know, the Nokia N9 features a 3.9 inch touch display, an 8 megapixel camera with support for HD video capture, a secondary camera for video calls, NFC, upto 64GB of internal storage and is powered by a 1GHz processor with 1GB of RAM.
