Google Nexus S, Nexus One successor

Some new photos have emerged which are suspected to be those of the speculated successor of the Google Nexus One. The Nexus One is the first smartphone to be marketed directly by Google and runs an unmodified stock version of Android OS.

While the Nexus One was manufactured by HTC, the new device which is known as the Nexus S will be manufactured by Samsung.

The Nexus S is expected to run Android Gingerbread and rumored to be available in time for the 2010 holiday season.

Google has refused to comment on the authenticity of these photos but you can head over to Engadget and view more closeups of this handset.
