HTC One max for Verizon receives Sense 6

The HTC One max for Verizon is now receiving the HTC Sense 6 (sixth sense) update. The update only seems to bring the latest version of HTC's Android user interface, as the underlying OS remains on Android 4.4.2. You can learn more about the update after the break.

		HTC Sense is the custom user interface used by the company on their Android devices. HTC says it has redesigned Sense "from the ground up" for this 2014 edition, but what's really new? Here are the top new features and tweaks in the new HTC Sense 6 software.

The update will be rolled out in phases, so it may be awhile before it arrives on your device. If you have not received the OTA notification, you can manually check for the update by going to All apps > Settings > System Updates > HTC software update > Check now.

When you get the update notification, make sure your device is fully charged, and that you care connected to Wi-Fi in order to avoid unnecessary data charges.
