[Windows Phone app] OneDrive updated (4.1.3) with ability to pen from from within other apps

Microsoft has released a new version of OneDrive for Windows Phone which updates version 4.1.2 to version 4.1.3. The update brings the usual bug fixes and performance improvements along with the ability to open files in OneDrive from other apps.

Now version 4.1.3 of OneDrive for Windows Phone, brings the following new features and improvements
