Samsung announces full list of Galaxy devices that are compatible with its Gear and Fit wearables

Samsung has announced a complete list of Galaxy devices which are compatible with its new Gear 2, Gear 2 Neo and Gear Fit. The list includes a total of 20 devices: 12 Galaxy smartphones, and 8 Galaxy tablets. The new fitness accessories from Samsung do not run Android. Instead the Gear 2 smartwatches run Tizen, while the Gear Fit runs a simpler OS called Real Time OS, or RTOS).

Here are the 12 smartphones that are compatible with the Gear 2, Gear 2 Neo, and Gear Fit:

• Samsung Galaxy Mega 5.8
