[Guide] How to install Android 4.4.2 based OmniROM 4.4.2 on your Motorola Xoom

The Motorola Xoom was released back in 2011 as a pure Android tablet and even though Motorola has since stopped supporting the device with updates, it remains a top device for developers. Because of this the XDA developer community has released an Android 4.4.2 KitKat-based OmniRom build which will bring Android 4.4 KitKat to the rooted Motorola Xoom.

If you are interested in trying out Android 4.4.2 on your Xoom, please check out our following guide on how to install Android 4.4.2 based OmniROM 4.4.2 on your Motorola Xoom

[UPDATE] If you face any issues with this guide, please for the source link at the bottom of this post for updated files/guide from the original source

[NOTE] [June 2014] This is not the usual process of installing custom ROMs. Because of the internal partition structure of the Motorola Xoom, you will be required to perform a BigPart Repartition Upgrade on your Xoom before you proceed.

[DISCLAIMER] Installing custom ROMs may void your device warranty. Please note that this website and the developers of this ROM will not be responsible for any loss of data or device malfunction which may occur from following this guide. Please proceed at your own risk.
