Microsoft just released Xbox Music for Windows Phone as a separate application, in order to release faster updates for the app. Now they have also released Xbox Video for Windows Phone which lets you rent and buy new blockbuster movies and favorite classics, or catch up on last night's episodes of the hottest TV shows, and watch them on your Windows Phone 8, PC, tablet, Xbox One, Xbox 360, or at XboxVideo.com.

The only limitation with the app at this point is that you cannot watch HD content on your Windows Phone. For now, you can only watch SD content on your phone, but you can purchase or rent HD content and watch it on your other devices.
