AT&T's prepaid wireless service, Aio (All in one), is the first carrier in the U.S. to offer its customers the Nokia Lumia 620. The Windows Phone 8 device which is priced at $99.99 features a 3.8 inch touch display, 8GB of internal storage which can be expanded through microSD, a 5 megapixel camera capable of 720p HD video capture, a secondary camera for video calls and is powered by a 1GHz dual-core processor with 512MB of RAM.Keep in mind that you will have to include either Aio's Smart or Pro monthly plans in order to purchase the device at the discounted price. You wont however be required to sign a two-year contract with the carrier.

Aio Wireless was originally available in Houston, Orlando, and Jacksonville, but starting Tuesday the network started piggybacking AT&T's pipeline which gives it a national reach. The prepaid carrier offers three plans to choose from - Basic ($40), Smart ($55) and Pro ($70).
