Unfortunately the Priceline app is still only available for Windows Phone 8 users, so if you are using a Windows Phone 7 device you are out of luck. We still continue to hope that Microsoft will bring Windows Phone 8 across their entire Windows Phone lineup or at least allow developers to open those devices for modification.
