Nokia has two types of camera flagships in the market - The first was the Nokia 808 PureView which features the company's PureView Phase 1, with pixel oversampling. Nokia would then release the Nokia Lumia 920 with PureView Phase 2, which features optical image stabilization and improved low light photography. This technology was later released on the Nokia Lumia 928 for Verizon and the upcoming Nokia Lumia 925.
We have already seen the Lumia 925 go up against the Lumia 928, but we now get to see how PureView Phase 2 fairs against PureView Phase 1.

Nokia is now getting set to release the Nokia EOS which is expected to feature PureView Phase 1 on Windows Phone for the first time. While Nokia is not expected to combine Phase 1 and Phase 2 into a device this year, we are very curious to see how a handset of that caliber will fair in such competitions.
