Microsoft recently released Windows Phone 8 along with some new devices from their partners in an attempt to bring the platform a step closer to the experience offered by iOS and Android. Windows Phone 8 adds OTA (over-the-air) software updates, better multitasking and several features and improvements which were introduced with Windows 8.The new platform even brings support for multi core processors, NFC and gives manufacturer’s like Nokia the ability to introduce their PureView camera technology to the Windows Phone platform.
But the question on everyone’s mind is, if the newest platform is better than iOS or Android and if its worth switching from a platform you have been using over the past few years in favor of Windows Phone 8.
