The Pantech Element for AT&T is now receiving the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich software update. In order to update the device you will have to download and install the updater application to perform a manual update. Users are warned that the update will remove all user data and they should backup any personal data before proceeding with the update.
You can also use the AT&T Locker to store, sync and share your content.

- Download and install the Android 4.0 ICS update tool for the Pantech Element.
- Once the setup is complete select the option to launch the Upgrade tool and click Finish.
- Connect your device to your computer using the provided USB cable and wait for the upgrade tool to detect it.
- Follow the onscreen instructions and wait for the device to be upgraded from HoneyComb to Ice Cream Sandwich.
