The HTC Evo Design 4G may have given way to newer devices on Sprint’s EVO lineup but it has still not been forgotten. The device is currently receiving a minor over-the-air update.
The update takes the software to version 2.12.651.6 and mainly brings security fixes to the handset. It may not be the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich that all users are looking to get, but security updates are always welcome.
Users will receive an automatic notification when the update rolls out to your device, but you can also manually check for the update under Settings.
