The tablet itself is receiving a $50 price cut on the Sony Store between now and February 23rd.The Xperia Tablet S features a 9.4 inch touch display with a 1280x800 pixel resolution, up to 64GB of internal storage which can be expanded through SD, an 8 megapixel camera capable of 1080p HD video capture, a secondary camera for video calls and is powered by a 1.3GHz NVIDIA Tegra 3 quad-core processor with 1GB of RAM. The Xperia Tablet S comes with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich out of the box, but Sony promises that the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update is on its way.
