The creators of Sn0wbreeze have announced on their twitter account that they are working on a tool that can f0cast the state of your iDevice (iPhone, iPodTouch etc.) to tell if it is possible to jailbreak or unlock it.
Just connect your iPhone launch F0cast and click the button you need. Remember that this tool does not jailbreak or unlock your device. It is only an informative tool.
